TM SMART TRACK is a pH-neutral, PFAS free, fully synthetic chain lubricant, specifically designed for the use on plastic chains for the transportation of product packages in the food- and beverage industry, where an anhydrous operation is desired (PET-bottles, cans, package, disposable glass, etc.)
An automatic central dosing system reliably ensures exact dosing on each chain. Special brushes continuously apply a precisely defined quantity of the product to each chain, ensuring even distribution. The formation of aerosols is completely prevented. Technically advanced control elements and valves allow a very flexible and individual fine-tuning - especially in critical sections.

The product is applied through nozzles and controlled via the duty cycle signal of a regular central wet lubrication system.
